The customer may be using the same source/destination device resulting in the traffic you're seeing. I have no idea how per-packet load-balancing can be configured for the bundle. In our situation we had several circuits using the bundle.
If you want to capture IP traffic you can also try the embedded packet capture. It will allow you to capture right off the switch. It will only work for routed interfaces so if you want to capture L2 traffic then the previously mentioned SPAN options...
