What is the call flow and the expected media flow for the scenario mentioned.Also is the issue happening for all incoming (internal and external) calls to this user ?
Whats the call flow for calls with no audio.Did it ever worked ?A quick live call sniffer on the gateway / sbc will narrow down the problem.Make sure firewall is not blocking the media ports.
