We have an air-gapped environment, is there any specific recommended advice around performing software upgrades as we are unable to connect the CSPC to the update server. E.g. can we manually download the update and apply it via the GUI?
thank you for your response however we have not been able to rest via the forgot password option, is there a way from the CLI to reset any of the UI admin passwords or security settings?
