SNTC end of life how do we register new CSPC

Hi Cisco Team

we have a new customer wanting to register a new collector but if SNTC is not allowing new registration and going end of life how would they get visibility of their inventory if they don't have DNAC or Cisco Catalyst Center as I presume there is a cost to both the later options? and CX clouds needs this to collect data.
