When agents are typing a response to an email in Finesse, if a call comes in, how can I immediately stop any further typing in the application and take the call?

I am having trouble locating this hard drive as a Cisco Part number direct or through distribution. I understand it is a End of Life part. So I need to find an equivalent part that will work. Can someone point me in the right direction?
