1.)If you create a user w/o assigning to a group does it add it to the default group or return the error?2.)Maybe create an additional admin account and try again.The only other thing I can think of is maybe the group is assigned to an external datab...

What version are you using?In LMS 2.6 you have to use an older version of Java (Java 1.4.2) I believe.Not sure about browser version (IE6 works).

1.)Click on the Adminstration Control tab2.)Since this is your only account under Adminstrative privileges click "Grant All". Then, if needed, make sure the Correct user groups are under the "Editable groups" column.HTH,Jim
