I recently replace a Tandberg 6000 with a C60. I can see the on screen menus, but any attempt to access them with the remote only causes the camera to zoom and turn. That is all the arrow keys will do. No other remote functions work. How do I get to HOME and SETTINGS?

If you're only moving the camera with the remote, it sounds as if the camera control cable isn't connected properly between the codec and camera. What happens if you point the remote directly at the IR sensor on the C60 itself?
Refer to the camera control cable "RJ45 to DSUB" in the C60 Physical Interface Guide on pg 6. When this cable is connected correctly, you can control the C60 from the camera's IR sensor, note this will disable the C60's own IR sensor.

Hi Patrick
I think I sent a reply, but if not here is what fixed things. With the old Tandberg 6000, pointing the remote at the camera gave me access to all menu items (the unit itself was buried under my presenter desk so I'm sure the unit itself was not picking up the IR from the remote. Now, with the C60, when I pointed my remote under the desk in front of me at the front of the unit as you suggested - problem solved! Thanks for your response.
Roger

Thanks, Partick. On the 6000, pointing at the camera worked all menus. When I pointed the remote at the C60 unit itself, problem solved!

Are you using the Cisco provided camera control cable, or is it a user made cable?
If you don't have a Cisco cable, you can make you're own, refer to the camera control pin-out diagrams on pg 19. If it's a user name cable, verify the pin-out is correct. Also, depending on the distance of the camera to codec, you might have to power the camera using a camera power supply.
Without having a working camera control cable between the codec and camera, you'll have to operate the C60 and camera independent of each other from their respective IR sensors. Having a working camera control cable allows you to operate the entire system from the camera's IR sensor, the same way to that of the 6000 MXP.
