Afternoon All
A client of mine would like to handle calls better coming into the company, they currently have a UC560 setup with auto attendant that has voice files and directs users to the corrects area's, also have blast groups etc etc. i have heard such program as tiger reporting but not sure if its compatible with CCA or if anyone else knows of a similar application?
The client would like report software to track how many calls have been coming in and also a handy piece of software that can Handle calls coming to main reception. I know with CCM you can get "Cisco Unified Communications Manager Assistant" i don't know if there is any application like this that runs with CCA? If anyone has any information on this matter that would be grand :) have had a look around on google and cant really find anything apart from references to the Auto Attendant console in CCA.
