Can someone tell me if the CP-8945 can be used independently from Cisco Unified Manager Server / Software?  We have moved some of the phones to a satellite office where we have Vonage as the provider. 

 

Or can someone assist with getting into the phone's webpage.  Did a hard factory reset of all settings and rebooted the phone.  Once the phone obtains an IP I still cannot connect to the phone to configure.

I think  it needs the CUCM server to work, do you have an IP route from your satellite office, if so can still use the CUCM
