Hello guys...
I have here in my data center in the voice system cucm 7 and IPCC7 running the call center using ip-phones 7941.
recently and due to the need I have to install IP-communicator softphone of cisco instead of the hardware devices.
but as I installed the phone and the application connected successfully to the IPCC server, when i click on the button changing the state on the Call Agent application to "Ready" it replies with this error message "Resource's devices is off" and still "Not ready" state.
hint:-
I can still use the phone "IP communicator" for making and receiving calls outside the call center.
