I have a user with a 509G phone who can't transfer calls. When she does, it just rings back to her phone. She is the only one having this problem. There wer no changes that preceded the problem. So far, I've rebooted the PBX and rebooted her phone. Is there anything in the Cisco Configuration Assistant that I can modify to resolve the issue? Should I delete her extension and recreate it?

Can you post a trace file that includes this behavior?
Also a question: When she transfers and it rings back on her extension, is this immediate or after a delay...and how long a delay? (Probably 30 seconds?)

It's pretty immediate. Not really a delay.
