Attendant Console v.1.2 CCM 3.3(4)

I am having a problem with the transfer to VM feature with the Attendant Console. When the call is transfered to VM directly it rolls to the correct VM Pilot which hits the first of 32 UM ports but then gives a "failed to tranfer to voicemail"

Under the ACCCLIENT.txt, I am receiving the following message:

428 06/06 16:57:51.640 ERROR ACClientCall.completeTransferToVM: Failed to sendDTMF. com.cisco.ac.common.ACException: Failed_DTMFSend

This had worked previously and as far as I know, nothing has changed to impact this. I have run DNA from various extensions and all came up clean. If a straight transfer is executed to a DN, after 4 rings it successfully drops it into VM so it seems to be tied to AC only. All 4 that I have are displaying the same problem.

Try upgrading the AC to 1.2(1) would fix the problem.

Actually,I am up to 1.2(1ES12).

Did you get to the bottom of this issue, i have the same problem. I'm Attendant Console v1.5 CCM 4.2

I have a CME 3.3 configured and I'm trying to configure an autoattendant.

The problem is that is not working and I don't know why.

Can you send me a sample config of autoattendant?

My router is totaly IP I'm routing outbound calls via a SIP provider.

Attached is my configuration.

Could you help me ?
