I have a 5300 gateway, i've gonfigure on it a callback application. when i call the access number of the callback, gateway disconnect the call but i can't hear the busy tone.
Can you help?

i want to explain more, i have a t1 connection E&m fgd dtmf-dnis. the callback application is working fine, it's disconnecting the incoming call and then dial the number cofigured to dial by callback, but when it's disconnecting i can't hear the busy tone.

Dont know if this is _the_ way to do it - but this works for me !
Instead of :-
leg setupack leg_incoming
..to answer the call, I used :-
leg disconnect leg_incoming -c 017
..to reject the call with a busy signal.
It works fine.
I have a problem tho. I cant find any way to
get the script to pause for a while before dialing back. I often get engaged on the return
call because the "customer" hasnt replaced the handset yet. Nasty - even worse, often the calls hit voicemail.
