I’m trying to figure out how to calculate the Rating Factor or MOS of a Cisco VoIP Call.
Here is the formula from ITU G.107:
R = Ro - Is - Id -Ie + A
----------------------------------
Ro = Signal-to-Noise
Is = Simultaneous Impairment factor
Id = Delay impairment factor
Ie = Equipment impairment factor
A = Advantage Factor {0-20}
Here are some the call stats
ACOM: 90
Nosie Level: -58
Out Signal: -51
In Signal: -26
Echo Return Loss (ERL): 0
Ecan Reflector: 0
Round Trip Delay: 207 ms
Recieve Delay: 70
Lost Packets: 0
Codec: ietfg729r8
I have been trying to put all the pieces together for weeks with no luck. I’m hoping someone out there could help me with this.
