Hi, capture an mdl trace of the incoming ss7path on the PGW.

mml> sta-sc-trc::confirm

make the call

stop the trace

mml> stp-sc-trc:all

exit mml

get_trc.sh

Find the call using 'N'

Use option 'C' to convert to TRC file.

Attach the trc file.

Thanks!

thanks sir for the reply,

im responsible of the AS5300 GW only, i have asked the PGW team to provide me with the trace, and im writing down the output of the debug isdn on the GW, where the calling number field doesnt appear at all

Hi,

Thanks for the debug. So it appears either the service provider is not sending the calling number or perhaps the PGW may not be forwarding it. The mdl trace from the PGW should clear this up.

hello,

I like to participate because i have as this case but in other results.

1. Case description:

Calls are been dropped by my AS5400 when it receives calls without dialer ID.

Example when any dial number which is terminated by my AS5400 but when AS5400 sees no Calling ID the AS drops this call… do you have any idea to make my AS to pass all calls with or without ID number.

2. case:

dears,

i have comments if you can answer them:

1. my customers will dial 55004444 to reach IVR or when they dial 55004444 IVR will active and forward them to other destinations ….ok.

I have this configuration are these correct or not?

I used these commands:

call application voice TCLware.1.2.3 tftp://55.55.54.11/TCLware.1.2.3/clid_4digits_npw_3.1.1.0.tcl 1

call application voice TCLware.1.2.3 language 1 en

call application voice TCLware.1.2.3 uid-len 8

call application voice TCLware.1.2.3 pin-len 6

call application voice TCLware.1.2.3 language 1 en

call application voice TCLware.1.2.3 set-location en 0 tftp://55.55.54.11/TCLware.1.2.3/prompts/en

call application voice prepaid redirect-number 55004444

2. For destination-pattern .T I have a lot of mobile carries here 092xxxxxxx, 091xxxxxxx,093xxxxxxx…etc. Also I have land lines :01xxxxxx,02xxxxxxx,03xxxxxx….etc

So that I put ( destination-pattern .T ) do you have other solution for all these destinations?

I don't know advanced configuration for this case…. If you have other design for AS5400 can help me I will be thank but remember my country code is 218.

NOW when i put application TCLware.1.2.3 at Inbound dial peer the calls for outbound & Inbound are not pass I mean my service down.

dial-peer voice 102 pots

application TCLware.1.2.3

incoming called-number 55......

direct-inward-dial

forward-digits all

dial-peer voice 200 voip

application TCLware.1.2.3

destination-pattern 55......

progress_ind setup enable 3

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:55.55.54.30

codec g711ulaw

Again, why calls stop?

Do I need configure the application under the VOIP dial peer… please can give example?

Do I need to configure new DP for my responded IVR's number as follow:

dial-peer voice 106 pots

application TCLware.1.2.3

incoming called-number 55004444

direct-inward-dial

forward-digits all

dial-peer voice 202 voip

application TCLware.1.2.3

destination-pattern 55004444

progress_ind setup enable 3

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:55.55.54.30

codec g711ulaw

IS THIS TRUE???

Thanks for any help.
