According to the AS5400 Data sheet (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/hw/univgate/ps505/products_data_sheet09186a0080091e51.html) it does support SIP although the exact wording is "The SIP implementation on Cisco AS5400 Series Universal Gateways includes support for key features such as third-party call control and RFC 2833 dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF) relay, for interconnection with application service provider (ASP) networks." That reads to me as though it's a partial implementation. For commands I'd start at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122newft/122tcr/122tvr/vrg_s2.htm#wp1021752
Sorry about the wrapped urls.
