can not run TCL scripts version 2.0 but can runn Version 1.0

I have a 2610 router running ios 12.2.15T with 16/64 RAM. I can run any TCL script that I download from cisco website that supports TCL 1.0 but I can not run scripts that supports 2.0. what do I need to do so that my router can support TCL scripts version 2.0.

I am using 122-15.T14 on a 5300 and it works fine for me. can you give a command output that shows it 'not working' like a debug output.
