Does anyone know if the offered rate statistics shown below include layer two overhead?

Service policy takes into account the L2 overhead: + 14 bytes of frame + 4 CRC + 8 preamble + 12 minimum interpacket gap. So for serive-policy, you send not 8480Kbytes, but more, depending on packet size. http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/121/bytes_counted.html
