Configuring Voice Quality with Cisco Voice Manager

Dear All,

I am using AS5400XM Version 12.4(11)T4 and just read some artical about  Managing Voice Quality with Cisco Voice Manager but i am not fully understand it's feature well about CVM function of Receiving Quality of Voice (QoV) SNMP traps from the           gateways, especially on

icpif and expect-factor values.

Is there any way if I want to monitor my AS5400XM voice quality on outgoing dial-peer to my partners incase there are some bad quality such noise, delay, echo,no ringtone ...etc by sending trap to my syslog server while these issues happened.

If possible could you provide some example configurations about monitoring noise, delay, echo,no ringtone in dial-peer?
