Does anybody have a template to configure a E1 in Ecuador ?
I have tried with the command below:

framing NO-CRC4
ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-15,17-31 type r2-digital r2-compelled ani
cas-custom 0
country ecuador-itu use-defaults
but it does not working.EC-QUI-1000-SR-001#sh controller e1
E1 0/0/0 is down.
Applique type is Channelized E1 - balanced
Transmitter is sending TS16 LOMF Alarm.
Receiver has loss of multi-frame in TS16.
alarm-trigger is not set
