Hi,
I would like to know which tool can be use to process data coming from cgma (Cisco Gateway Management Agent )
I cant find any documentation or software that support cgma.

Cisco Gateway Management Agent is a good software tool to show the quality of service (QoS). The only real-time management Cisco IOS software agent and protocol for VoIP. The CGMA is a new gateway Cisco IOS agent that provides real-time call-state information for all VoIP calls.

Hello,
I checked with our Cisco Team.
CGMA has been removed from latest IOS version. None of the Voice Gateways (AS54xx) supports this functionality.
I guess the only way to have real time trunk utilization is from syslog/radius .
