Install local language file failed

Hello community,

I have encountered this problem: I can't install the cm-locale-nl_NL-12.5.1.3000-1.cop.sgn on CUCM v12.5.1.13900-152.

I receive the error: Error encountered: An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file.

I have attached the install trace as well.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The path was not in correct format: '/D:/folder/folder/', while uploading the installation file. But if you download the backup to the same folder with the same path, you receive no error.

The correct format of the path should be '/folder/folder/folder/' if you upload, it seems. A little bit confusing, but it is what it is.
