I have 2811 ruter installed with FXS card. I have a FXO card but since its not supported on 2811, i therefore installed it in 3620. How will i interconnect these routers having FXS card on one router and FXO card on the other??

Hi,
I am not quite sure, what you would like to achieve with this setup, but you can use a "normal" analog telephone cable with RJ11 connectors.
FXS will be the PBX side and FXO will be the telephone side of the connection.
Hope this helps!

Connect them with ethernet and confgure the appropriate dial-peers. Generally speaking, for a given destination-pattern, the dial-peer will of pots type on one router, and voip on the other.
You can use either H.323 or SIP for this.
