IP Communicator - Corporate Directory Issue

I have one IP Communicator that a user utilizes over VPN that has recently had trouble pulling up the Corporate Directory. Instead, the user get's HTML code in the window. Any ideas why this would happen or how to fix it?

Please check the following document and check check if ports 16284- 32568 for RTP are opened on the VPN server.

for the corporate directory function the phone's 'browser' expects a content-type 'text/xml' from the respective web server.

If it does not receive the data respectively it will display the data returned from the server in plain text.

Please specify what exactly appears in the users ip communicator display; is it an HTML error message or is it the directory xml code as plain text?
