Our PRI number extensions are not reflecting on the IP phones that are configured in our office. The local extension numbers are working fine, but when we make a call from any extension to the outside, the number ANOTHER isdn number is appearing on the receiving end instead of the DID numbers and we are also not able to receive calls on direct extension numbers as well.
Please be advised .We also faced the same issue last year, and I would appreciate it if you could check and advise on the situation.
