My name is Helena, from a telecom company. Now my company is using CISCO AS5400 as our VOIP gateway, we found we got a lot of error code "Server Internal Error(500)", Reason: Q.850 ;cause=16 ;text="Normal call clearing" at our GW . Do you have any ideas to handle the problem?

Can you describe in detailed your scenario?
If you have "Server Internal Error(500)" I suppose that your AS5400 uses SIP. If yes, can you post the output of "debug ccsip message" during a problematic calls?
Can you add the config of your gateway?
Regards.

Thanks. We use both h.323 and SIP. It is not like every call fails, just some of them. I don't have the output of "debug ccsip message" during a problematic calls right now, maybe a little later. The config of your gateway is:
dial-peer voice 20060 voip
description A to B
voice-class codec 1
incoming called-number 12345T
dtmf-relay rtp-nte h245-signal h245-alphanumeric
fax protocol t38 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none

dial-peer voice 200600 pots
trunkgroup AB

destination-pattern 12345T
