Mapping a 911 call to specific FXO

Hi,

I just added a 1751 with an FXO port and an IP phone at a new branch office. I have a local POTS line connected to the FXO for local and toll-bypass calls. Our Call Manager 3.3 is located at the central office.

Any tips on how to force a 911 call from the branch phone out the branch FXO instead of the central DS0?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

first configure in ccm the branch gateway

include this gw in a route group and the route group in a route list.

configure a second 911 route pattern which is linked to the new rl and gives the alternate 911 route pattern a specific partition.

finaly gives the branch ip phone the right to use this route patern by giving him a calling search space with the 911 partition in it.

pay attention just not to gives this partition to the other css in the cluster
