MGCP Megacom PRI

Anyone know if you can configure a 2620XM using MGCP and Megacom service. We have one configured but can only get inbound LD to work. I same a table somewhere on CCO that showed support for Megacom on a 2620 H.323 but not MGCP.

You have to configure Network Specific Facilities (NSF) on an ISDN PRI for outgoing

calls configured as voice calls, use the isdn nsf-service command in interface

Also you need to config

map-class dialer sdnplan

dialer outgoing sdn

dialer voice-call

Add map-class to your dialer config

If your using MGCP, not H.323, you can set the NSF on the route pattern in Callmanager. Since the D channel terminated on the CCM. If H.323 then set it on the serial interface of the PRI.
