Multiple extensions from one phone

I am trying to answer multiple lines from one phone Cisco CM, 7940's. Attempting to stop clerks from having to hop around office.

Help??

Hi Ignacio,

One of the most common ways to address this issue is to configure

Call Pickup.

Let's say your clerk is @ 5555 but he/she needs to get calls for

4444,3333,2222 & 5543 as well. You can configure a pickup Group

that contains 5555,4444,3333,2222 & 5543 and when a new call

comes into any of these numbers the call can be answered (using Pickup)

from the 7940 @ 5555
