Not able to collect digit on IPIPGW

Hello all

i am using TCL IVR 2.0 and IPIPgw. In the script i just try to ask the user to enter the destination number and then place calls to that number. but i am getting the following status for digit collection cd_010. i searched on cisco site and found this description for the code.

"The digit collection was terminated because of an unsupported or unknown feature or event."

i searched the net and i didnt find a workaround for it. i have attached the tcl script.

is there is any work around for this bug. i have so many TCL IVR 2.0 examples that is doing the same thing. is it some configuration error.
