We have had this system running over a year but haven't done any patch management. The hardware is a Cisco 7825 running Windows 2k. Do we patch using WSUS or SMS like our other Windows machines? Is there a certain update site we should look at for critical updates? Thanks in advance.

Hi George,
Yes, you need to use Cisco Specific patches :)
Check via CCO;
Software Downloads> Voice and Unified Communications> IP Telephony> Call Control> Cisco Unified Communications Manager> **Pick CCM Version (eg: 4.2 with Lock Icon)> Voice Applications OS and BIOS Upgrades

I too have been lax on patching my servers. Can I just install the latest Cisco patches, or do I need to start at a point and go forward?
Is there a tool that scans the systems and tells you what you need, similar to Microsoft's update sites?
