Problema con el idioma en mis telefonos ip CME

Hola a todos,

Mi problema es el siguiente:

En mis telefonos ip (diferentes) no muestra el idioma en español por lo cual mis usuarios se muestran inconformes, la version del ios de mi CME es 12.4 (24t) y CME vesion 7.1 como puedo configurar mi idioma en mis telefonos si en mi CME le pongo comandos como network-locale ES (de español) y user-locale ES y me sigue mostrando el idioma en ingles en el telefono ¿Alguien podria ayudarme pofavor? gracias.

I have a problem with the language on my ip phones, i need the ip-phone lenguage to be spanish, the version of IOS its 12.4 and version CME 7.1.

I try with the commands network-locate ES (spanish) and user-locate ES (spanish) and it doesn't work.

I also try to upgrade the firmware of the ip phones to 8.5(2), actually they have the 8.3(2). I load the files to the flash and when reset the phone (123456789*0#) it start to load 8.5(2) files, but when it finish, the iphone shows "resetting" and try to load 8.3(2) files, Which could be the problem and who can I solve it? I need your help to solve this issue.
