Can anyone explain which packets can be discarded on CUBE (SP)? Which packages can be added into this statistic in packets discarded field? I found that it's "number of packets dropped (due to bandwidth policing, for example)" but we have no any bandwidth policies.

Can it be packets without the voice, for exampe noise or silence?

Thank you!

I can see the same problem in my enviromment.

SBC Packets Received = 10002244641
SBC Octets Received = 6707956828454
SBC Packets Sent = 9799265961
SBC Octets Sent = 6664620614825
SBC Packets Discarded = 201747599
SBC Octets Discarded = 43277115523
No Media Count = 21918
Available Bandwidth For Transcoded Calls = Unlimited
Additional Transcoded Flows that Can Be Configured = Unlimited
Maximum Packet Rate For Transcoded Calls = Unlimited

Please, could you tell me if you found the cause for the discarded packets? I didn't find yet.

Thanks in advance
