SIP on AS53530 500 error

Hello there I am using AS5350 to setup as SIP, everything was working fine until last night my client has trouble to send in calls. My gateway was sending them 500 Internal Server Error which, will reject all calls from them. I wonder what was the problem with it? My 5350 IOS is 12.3(2)T2. Thank you.

Guess its a bug. Did you check for any known bugs in the Bugtool kit? Also it might be due to malformed header. Check out the document
