I'm trying to setup a simple SIP trunk between my CME which uses Cisco 7945 phones and Trixbox which uses Grandstream phones at different stations with LAN to LAN VPN setup. Its been unsuccessful as the trunk seems NOT formed at all. Please see config below;

Is the VPN up? Can you ping the trixbox lan IP from the CME ?
If yes, can you ping a grandstream phone from CME?
If yes, enable a debug on CME (debug ccsip messages) and try to call.
Please, share your results here.
Regards.
