Trunking Cisco to Cisco using E&M interface

Hello,

Is it possible if we do trunking Cisco to Cisco using E&M Interface ?

So we have an existing network that already using E&M interface, and now we want buy PBX again, but the PBX doesn't have E&M interface, so i come with an Idea to connect between cisco using E&M and then connect to the PBX using FXS/FXO interface. is this possible?

if it is possible which kind of cisco? is it 2600/3800 series or other.

There is no advantage or need ever to connect cisco-cisco using E&M.

Instead, use H.323 or SIP over network.
