VIC2-2E/M Card w/ Yellow LEDs (not running) on 2901

Hello, 

I've plugged a VIC2-2E/M card into my 2901 router but it isn't running (yellow/orange LEDs) 

My IOS version is C2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M3.bin

Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

According to this information it is not compatible with the 2901. Looks like you need a VIC3-2E/M.
