VOIP Box ATA 188 - Ringback Tone

Can someone help, The ATA 188 is not inserting Ring Tone when calling the UK, just get silence untill called party answers. Have tried changing connect mode bit 19 to 1 but this does not work. Anybody able to help?

Ringback tone is not heard due to call progress in-band related issues You may like to go through the following document for some troubleshooting tips.

If you mean the actual phone that is being called isn't ringing, this is due to the cable used to connect to the port on your Cisco device... see this link:
