Voip : ring back tone problem

my voip network : As5400 + Pgw2200 ..... connect to PSTN . I have problem now : I used SIP software for make a call to PSTN : call to province A have ring back tone , province B have NO ring back tone. I compare the SS7 message between 2 province is the same. all ss7 info is the same .

anyone can help me to solve this problem

Try this command to simulate ring back tone :

voice call send-alert

You should look the MGCP messages between MGC and AS5400. I also wonder is that Province B send SDP-Body in SIP_Invite, this allows SIP early-media.

- "voice call send-alert " : my configuration haved already

- "progress_ind alert enable 8 " : I added this command but nothing change , still no ring back tone.

- my network inluding H323 & SIP : only SIP (used Sip software client ) have no ring back , H323 everything OK .

I try to compare the Message GW --PGW : q931 :

province B : no ring back tone --> in q931 have no this "Progress Ind i = 0x8188 - In-band info or appropriate now available " , even i added progress_ind alert enable 8.

province A have above message --> have ring back tone
