I have several end user now that are using the cisco softphone. Most of these users are frequent travelers, therefore they have a physical phones in their office. In recent months, we have began to rollout the softphones to our home users. For the most part, it works. End users can call and receive phone calls without any problems. However, these end users' corportate directory listing is missing. My frequent travelers that have physical phones have no problem seeing their corporate directory and my home users have the same setup has they do. My question is "How can I get my home users to see their corporate directory as well and my frequent travelers?"
