Where to Find the IVR Integration Interface Spec/APIs

We're developing a IVR client to talk to a PG and I'm having trouble finding documentation, libraries & sample code.

We do have a older document 'ICM VRU interface specification 3.0c' and two include files but our developer is coming up short and needs some additional documentation.

My question is, where can I find this information?

I think IVR can be developed by Java.So,some java API can be used for developing IVR client. Also, I have a white paper which contains how to configure a IVR.I am sending u that link.Hope, this may provide u with the necessary details.
