Its a SPA2102.
There is a 60Hz noise (from power line)
What can be done to reduce or eliminate it ?

Am not familiar with a 2012 handset;
but if it is PoE; then the 60Hz noise could be a bit of induced noise,
(usually caused by sparkys running power cables along side the network cables...)
or you may have a "bad" as in a flakey capacitor, in the switch delivering PoE
- or the the psu on the handset, (if you do not have PoE) - which is an electronic switching psu, needs to be replaced?
(no nearby TV's or Microwave ovens - they will do it too...)

There are devices which are designed to eliminate this 60hz power noise. Band-stop filter will elimiate that frequency and remove that noise. But they might be quite expensive.
Another way of eliminating it is to use a cheater plug to connect to the power socket. But this can be quite dangerous if you are dealing with high voltages. But I assume the SPA won't deal with such high voltages. Caution is advised.
