We are a hosted PBX provider using BroadWorks R17sp4, and we have encountered an issue with the 500S console on 7.5.2b, 7.5.4, and 7.5.5. On 7.5.1a, when a call is parked to a user, that user's BLF key on the 500S slowly flashes red. If we upgrade to firmware later than 7.5.1a, the BLF key for the user with the parked call does not change at all. We have tested this on the 504 and the 508 with the same result. If we try a SPA525G2 running 7.5.5, the BLF key's LED works properly. We have not tried a 51X phone yet.
Has anyone else here encountered this? If so, have you found a resolution other than downgrading?
For the folks at Cisco who monitor this forum - Is this a known issue?
Thanks!

We are experiencing this and an additional problem with the BLFs, post-7.5.1a. Speed dial buttons used to be solid green, now they're blinking orange. I have upgraded to 7.5.5 using every available firmware in between and they still function in this bad new way.

You just need to change the syntax code around.
Use this:
fnc=sd+blf;sub=[ext]@proxy;usr=[DID]@proxy

Not possible... On Broadworks the phone's BLFs are automatically configured. The phone sends a SUBSCRIBE and the server sends a NOTIFY with an XML payload containing all of the information the phone needs to setup the BLF.
