Hi, I need to know if the 7961 IP phone support italian locale for uc500 and where I can find it. The bundle that I download contain only 7921. Thank you very much Bye

indicates that the 7961 IP Phone requires it-mk-sccp.jar to be able to change the locale of the phone, this is the direct link to download the UC500 Locale support files for Italian (it_IT) for CME 7.0(1) and later @ http://tinyurl.com/yzlntfn

The Phone-Type Codes for the JAR Files inside the downloaded TAR file are:

• 7906/7911 -> tc
• 7931 -> gp
• 7941/7961 -> mk
• 7970/7971 -> td
• CIPC -> ipc
