8851-K9-V09 with Auerswald 6000R

Hello,

we got some new IP Phones CP8851-K9-V09 and I want to get them connected to our Auerswald Commander 6000R.
Somehow this doesnt work at all because it keeps telling me (after reset ofc.)
"Verify your service domain and internet connectivity and then try again."

The IP Phone is connected to our network and it got an IP.
Service Domain should be the IP Adress from our Auerswald, right?

I really hope someone here can help me, because I am new to all this VoIP Stuff.

Thanks beforehand,
David

Service Domain is IP of server from where Phone will download config file

So it isnt the IP from our telephone system?
I read a lot about a TFTP Server you need to actually install FW and a XML file for configuration.
How exactly is this done? Cisco IP Phone connected via POE Lan, then another LAN to a local machine with an TFTP Server installed?
And how Do I know what should be inside this XML file then? (Or the Config File)

Thanks for the reply!
And thank you for any helpful answer

CP8851-K9-V09 phones are compatible with Cisco call control servers only. It will not work with third party server. You need to have CP-8851-3PCC-K9 instead.
