I have CUCM 9.1 and 9971 firmware version 9.4.1.9 with 2 CKEM 36 button expanders.
The expanders are configured as BLF and used by receptionists. The BLF lights do not function at all. So, the receptionists can't tell if someone is on the phone to transfer calls. This is a huge problem for them. 8961 phones do not have this problem. Has anyone resolved this issue?
