Hi everyone
Anyone know what the technical features that should have the audio file is to upload (uplaload) to function as a UC560 autoattended? All I've seen on the Script Management using the CCA is that the file must be of type. AEF
Someone told me that the characteristics for an audiofile with Unity Express in a CME are:
Must be in the G.711 u-law, 8 kHz, 8 bit, Mono format. The file can not be more than one MB.
Also applies to the UC560? ...
Thank you so much

Yes, they are the same system.
If possible, record prompts using the "administration via telephone", that makes it very easy.

You can also upload custom prompts the the CUE web page. Under System>Prompts. G.711 u-law, 8 kHz, 8 bit, Mono format is correct and must be a .wav file. The limit is no longer than 60 seconds.
Custom scripts are not supported so if you use one keep that in mind.
You can call STAC and we can convert the .wav files for you.
