AA Welcome promt and then directly to extension or ring group ?

Can you please help me?

I wish for the aa to answer the call with a promt "Day time" (welcome to ) and the send the call directly in ring group, if ringroup dos not answer the xfere to mobilphones and "night time" (you have call XXX# and the transfere voice mail

Hi Peter;

I suggest you read the SPA9000 administration guide (available on this community - documentation section), there is a nice section on AA scripting. You should be able to create one, then post it here, people can help on the review.
