Any Way to disable or turn off the Telephony Service Wizard in UC560?

Hello All,

     Does anyone know of a way to turn off the TSW on UC 560.  I have an existing customer that was programmed via CLI and when trying to use the CCA the TSW wants to run before I can make Changes.  Any Ideas.  Thanks!

Just close the TSW window.

Thank you for your reply, however even when I simply close the TSW, when I try to administer Telephony in the CCA the CCA wants to run the TSW no matter which link I choose.  Thanks Again!
