I'm trying to setup a dialplan in a Cisco ATA192.
It needs to auto-magically dial a 1-888 number when the handset it picked up.
I can get it to dial my own cell phone (10 digital number) without issue. But for some reason when I put the 1888 number in I get an operator stating the number could not be reached.
Below are 2 examples
Works: (P0 <:5555555555>)
Fails: (P0 <:18885555555>)

Incase anyone else comes across this with a simular issue the problem turned out to be our SIP provide requires the ptime to be 20 and the default setting in the ATA-192 is 30.
Took a bit to find the setting that matched this, it was RTP Packet Size. This needed to be 0.020 (default was 0.030). After changing this we can now dial toll free again.

Some additional informaiton I've gathered on this issue. Really hoping someone has seen this before or has a suggestion of somethign we can try to resolve this!
I reverted to our default dial plan inside the ATA
(+1xxxxxxxxxx|+[2-9]xxxxxxxxxxxxxx|*xx|#xx|[2-9]11|0|00|0[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|01[2-9]xxxxxxxxxxxxxxS0|011[2-9]xxxxxxxxxxxxxxS0|101xxxx[0-1]xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx|xx|xxx|xxxx|xxxxx|xxxxxx|xxxxxxx|xxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx.T|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxxS0)
Then use a POTS phone to dial 1-888-555-5555
I get the same message.
However from my softphone client I can dial that number and it goes through.
As an additional test from the ATA I tried calling a few other toll free numbers I found online.
So far no toll free numbers go through.
But they work fine from my softphone client.
